are arranged by the Corps.

9. In Corps Headquarters there is an Officers' Mess, Sergeants'

Mess and Canteen, where refreshments may be purchased at

reasonable prices.

10. Efficiency.

Volunteers are classified as efficient as under -

(a) First year (without any previous service).

40 drills.

4 days in camp.

(b) First year (with previous service), second and

third years.

15 drills.

4 days in Camp.
